Strong Florida Roots

Kimley-Horn has a long history in Florida, serving Southwest Florida for nearly 30 years before opening our first office in Fort Myers. Home to sunny beaches, waterfront marinas, and more, our Kimley-Horn engineers are proud to have offices across the Sunshine State. Here, coastal regions with extensive waterways and marshy landscapes require engineering preparedness and resilience planning, and our environmental experts offer all this and more.

Plus, our Transportation Systems Management & Operations specialists offer customized solutions to our clients’ complex traffic and ITS challenges.

Kimley-Horn’s numerous Florida offices support our investment and influence all over the state. In Sarasota, our engineers work with esteemed clients and stakeholders on a variety of projects, from the Bay Park located on 53 acres of waterfront property to a legacy trail built to enhance community wellness. As part of the Orlando area, Lake Nona offers residents access to opportunities for outdoor adventures and proximity to the Orlando International Airport. Additionally, our Vero Beach office proudly serves coastal communities, providing civil infrastructure expertise that balances opportunity with environmental considerations.

Whether you’re looking to relocate to Fort Myers, Sarasota, Lake Nona, Vero Beach, or any other of our offices in Florida, Kimley-Horn offers professional opportunities tailored to your interests and a fun and fulfilling culture that routinely lands us on the list of Fortune Best Companies to Work For.
