We understand the amount of time and effort that goes into finding the right candidate. Due to this, we occasionally work with a very small group of third-party recruiting agencies on assignments as needed. These third-party recruiting agencies are very knowledgeable of our industry, are considered a strategic partner, and are selected from our approved vendor list. They work closely with our internal corporate recruiting staff.
Due to the number of solicitations we receive, we require all third-party recruiting agencies to apply with us to become an approved vendor. If you would like to be considered as a potential future recruiting vendor, please contact us and include your name, company, and contact information. Also, please provide a brief background of your recruiting experience, your geographic reach, and whether you specialize in a particular area. Please note that providing this information only qualifies you as a potential future vendor and does not qualify you as an approved vendor.
Kimley-Horn Policy for Third-Party Recruiters
- We do not accept unsolicited resumes from third-party recruiters. Any resume submitted to any employee of Kimley-Horn without having a Kimley-Horn vendor agreement in place will be considered unsolicited and property of our firm. Kimley-Horn will not pay a placement fee in these instances.
- All vendors must have a signed Kimley-Horn vendor agreement from the Director of Human Resources. Obtaining a signed vendor agreement from the Director of Human Resources is the only way you will be paid. Verbal or written commitments from any other member of our staff will not be binding.
- Kimley-Horn will not pay a fee to a third-party recruiter that has not coordinated their recruiting activity with the Human Resources department.
- It is the responsibility of all third-party recruiting/supplemental staffing agencies to know this policy.
