As regulations ease and projects continue, top design firms are seeing revenue and demand return to pre-pandemic numbers. ENR Southeast interviewed Kimley-Horn’s Jessica Rossi, along with experts from other top design firms, about how their companies adapted and fared during the pandemic, and the unexpected gains, shifts, and trends they saw in certain markets. A rising trend Rossi identified in the residential market was the increased request for outdoor amenity spaces.
