According to the Great Place to Work organization, Millennials are now the largest generation in the workforce, and training and retaining them has become essential for nearly every organization. To find out who’s doing it best, Great Place to Work surveyed tens of thousands of Millennial employees at companies across the country to compile the 2018 list of best places to work. More than 50 elements of employees’ on-the-job experience were evaluated, including employee pride in the organization’s community impact, belief that their work makes a difference, and feeling their work has special meaning.
