Kimley-Horn Named One of FORTUNE’s 2019 Best Workplaces for Millennials

According to the Great Place to Work organization, the Best Workplaces for Millennials stand out for their unique, innovative cultures which help them attract and retain employees. The ranking considered feedback representing over 4.5 million employees and evaluated more than 60 elements of team members’ experiences on the job. These included the extent to which employees trust leaders, the respect with which people are treated, the fairness of workplace decisions, and how much camaraderie there is among the team.
