Novak Vukasinovic is a licensed structural engineer with 20 years of property business experience. Novak’s background includes projects in educational and commercial sectors, low and mid-rise residential developments as well as historic and landmarked buildings. He strives to simplify the challenges faced by owners by identifying and diagnosing property level matters, and designing and implementing practical, proactive, and lasting solutions to address those challenges. As a senior forensic specialist, Novak provides services which include building envelope assessment, stucco and concrete restoration, waterproofing and glazing systems repairs, construction defect diagnostics, destructive testing and investigation, expert witness report writing, and litigation support. He has extensive owner representation experience including project planning, design phase management, plan review, pre-construction bidding and general contractor selection, contract negotiations, permitting, and construction administration. With over two decades of experience in the property business, Novak will ensure that every project he is tasked with is compliant, completed and delivered to client’s specifications and satisfaction.
