Federico Balestrazzi is a licensed civil engineer with over 25 years of experience specializing in the design, construction, and forensic evaluation of cladding systems, specialty structures, and complex building envelopes. His work spans a wide range of building typologies and façade systems, including glass, metal, stone, and stucco assemblies. He possesses deep technical knowledge in materials, performance testing, manufacturing processes, cost estimating, and construction methods.

In addition to his design and inspection experience, Mr. Balestrazzi has developed a robust litigation support practice. He routinely provides expert opinions on technical matters related to construction defects, code compliance, and industry standards.

Mr. Balestrazzi also serves as an owner’s representative and engineer of record on complex restoration and remediation projects, bringing technical expertise and a strategic perspective to construction and contract management, contractor coordination, permitting, and quality assurance.
