The Village at Gulfstream Park is built around the premier thoroughbred racetrack, Gulfstream Park, and offers offices, fashion and home accessory shops, destination retailers, signature restaurants, outdoor cafes, and entertainment options. Later phases will also include additional office, retail and restaurant space, condos, a movie theater and a hotel. The project also will include the construction of affordable/work-force housing units both on the site itself and in neighborhoods within the city. Kimley-Horn provided full civil engineering and permitting services, including stormwater design, waterline design, sanitary sewer design, lift station design, and wastewater system design. The firm also provided entitlement, planning, traffic, and roadway services for this project.
