Construction Phase

At Kimley-Horn, our construction phase services are a natural extension of the projects we’ve designed—built on our commitment to excellence, seamless client experience, and full lifecycle support. Our experienced teams are in the field, connecting clients, contractors, our design staff, and stakeholders, with a keen focus on the technical details to keep things running smoothly.

With services spanning design support both before and during construction, on-site construction support, construction management, and CEI guidance, our hands-on, scalable and collaborative model helps keep every project true to its intended design—and on schedule.

Services include:

By acting as an extension of a client’s team, our professionals bring expertise, so construction stays on track and aligns with clients’ project goals.

Supporting Construction Projects Designed by Others

While we primarily excel at supporting our clients with projects we’ve designed—where we understand the quality and intent of a design by others—we support our clients as extensions of staff in these situations on a case-by-case basis. Want to know more?
