Kimley-Horn was hired by The Hanover Corporation to provide a full range of site development services for 816 Acoma, a 1.4 acre mixed-use site in downtown Denver, Colorado.
As part of this project, the Kimley-Horn team provided an array of services, including site planning, grading and drainage, utilities, project coordination, and permitting. The project includes a dynamic street-level leasing center and amenity space along with a 6th level pool deck serving the residents of these luxury apartments. Covered parking is provided for all residents in a secure, on-site garage. Additionally, stormwater is managed through the implementation of two porous landscape detention basins with underground detention.
