Del Sur Town Center

The recently completed, 20-acre Del Sur Town Center serves the Black Mountain Ranch community in San Diego and includes two anchor buildings and an assortment of outlets, shops, restaurants, and banks.

Kimley-Horn provided services for two phases of development:

• Phase I comprised of entitlements and construction documents for a 14-acre retail center with Target as the anchor. Other tenants for the developed pads and/or lots include Chick Fil-A, Starbucks, Habit Burger, and more.
• Phase II included entitlements and construction documents for 5-acres of retail space with a Sprouts as the anchor. Kimley-Horn’s civil scope of water included grading, drainage, utilities, water quality, and retaining wall design.
