Kimley-Horn was selected to provide land development engineering services for CBRE’s Comerica Bank development rollout.
Since March 2004, Kimley-Horn has worked on over 100 sites for CBRE and Comerica Bank. Our esponsibilities have included due diligence; surveying and platting services; utility coordination and design; paving, grading, and drainage design; permit coordination; and construction phase services. Representative Texas cities where Kimley-Horn has provided services for this rollout include Allen, Garland, Plano, Irving, Desoto, Southlake, Bedford, McKinney, Mesquite, Dallas, Houston, Hedwig Village, Sugarland, Fort Bend County, Austin, and Cypress. The program has also included sites in Arizona, California, and Florida.
