Wright Solar

Kimley-Horn is providing civil engineering and site development services for the 200-megawatt Wright Solar project in Merced County, California, southeast of Santa Nella.

Wright Solar is located on 1,080 acres and will generate 200 megawatts of power using photovoltaic panels with single-axis trackers. The site will include new all-weather access roads, solar panels, inverters, transformers, a substation and other mechanical equipment as well as perimeter security fencing, gates, and access roads.
