Multidisciplinary Services to Cultivate a Peaceful Community

Kimley-Horn operated as the client’s trusted advisor throughout multiple project phases, providing planning and engineering services early on. Over the years, our team worked alongside Risland US Holdings on the masterplan, utility designs, water and wastewater engineering, and Municipal Utility District coordination.

Our talented landscape architects designed and implemented the master plan vision for all private and public open spaces in Phases 1–4  of the project and oversaw the public bid process for landscape architecture. The team’s thoughtful services helped Mantua transform from a design into a reality of curated open spaces, trails, and plant life to support community exploration.
