Ryan has experience with structural and architectural evaluation and repair design for a wide range of projects and infrastructure components. He has been involved in condition assessments of structural and architectural components; troubleshooting and developing solutions for construction problems; developing design details for rehabilitation; and performing on-site observations and construction contract administrative services during restoration projects. For the past 10+ years, Ryan has focused on parking structure consulting, including condition evaluations, repair recommendations, cost estimating, and construction phase services of reinforced concrete, precast/prestressed concrete, and post-tensioned concrete structures.

Mr. Artiles’ work experience includes a wide variety of civil, marine, and structural engineering projects through all phases of design, permitting, and construction. He has prepared plans, specifications, and provided construction phase engineering. As a forensic engineer, Mr. Artiles has conducted condition assessments and damage investigations on marine, commercial, residential, and industrial structures. He is licensed in multiple states, including Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and Puerto Rico.

Jaime is an engineer in the field of forensic and structural engineering. He conducts various tower structural analysis and retrofit designs, foundation designs, building condition assessments, and bridge inspections. He also developed plans and specifications for various forensic projects. Jaime performs peer reviews and site inspections for the erection of temporary structures for live events. Additional experience includes assessments of seawalls and marina structures both above water and underwater.

Ricky brings a diverse background in structural engineering and project management having designed many structure types including historic buildings, adaptive reuse of existing buildings, offices, schools, libraries, field houses, performing arts centers, medical buildings, and multifamily residential apartment buildings. He performs specialty structural design for rehabilitation and remediation of existing historic structures. Ricky’s curiosity has led to many creative design solutions, which benefit all on the project team.

Jasen Lenker’s work experience includes a variety of civil and structural engineering projects ranging from small scale residential insurance claims to multi-million dollar land development and rehabilitation projects. His background in forensics covers a range of loss investigations related to structural, geotechnical, environmental, and construction related issues on hundreds of residential and commercial structures. He has experience reviewing construction plans, specifications, contracts, and code requirements. He has also worked on a variety of projects in multiple phases of design and construction, as well as designed and drafted repair details and structural drawing sets. Jasen has provided consultation services for a variety of clients, including insurance companies, land developers, attorneys, self-insured, and construction companies, as well as provided expert witness support and testimony on multiple cases.

Shelia serves as a project manager in the structural forensics and civil structures groups and is well versed in the challenges associated with performing critical investigations and the analysis involved with the determination of cause and origin of structural failures. She has conducted condition assessments and investigations of commercial and residential buildings, high-rise condominiums, warehouses, seawalls, piers, boardwalks, retaining walls, bridges, and hotels. Sheila is a proficient writer of technical reports based on site visits and assessments of existing conditions, and providing cost estimates and design services for repairs, modifications, and restoration. She has been the lead on several construction projects, for both horizontal and vertical structural repair work.

Seth’s depth of experience in structural engineering allows him to provide a broad spectrum of forensic engineering services. His experience in design, construction phase engineering, and property assessment allows him to get to the origin and cause of problems. He has been involved in all aspects of a project from project management to conceptual planning, design, development of technical specifications, permitting, construction, and failure analysis of all aspects of building systems.

Scott is an expert in hot mix asphalt and pavement engineering with more than 35 years of experience across roadway, bridge, airport, and rail projects. He has led research on aggregates and asphalt materials, conducted forensic evaluations, and provided expert witness services. His work spans pavement design, evaluation, asset management, and quality control for public and private clients. He began his career in geotechnical engineering, focusing on asphalt binder research and testing, and continues to specialize in materials engineering, Superpave design, and pavement performance analysis.

Clay specializes in structural design, construction, forensic evaluation, and rehabilitation across a wide range of projects, from small site structures to complex heavy civil systems like bridges and retaining walls. His expertise in forensic assessment and rehabilitation—particularly for bridges, retaining walls, and foundations—gives him a strong understanding of the factors that impact structural performance, condition, and longevity.

Ethan is structural engineer with experience delivering design and construction-phase services for industrial facilities, public infrastructure, retail spaces, entertainment venues, and building/site forensics projects nationwide. His expertise spans condition assessments and infrastructure restoration/repairs, with a proven track record in parking garage design, condition assessments, preparing repair documents, and conducting inspection services.
