Scott Arnold Named One of ENR Texas & Louisiana’s 2015 Top 20 Under 40

Scott Arnold, P.E., PTOE, RAS, PMP, was named to Engineering News-Record (ENR) Texas and Louisiana’s 2015 Top 20 Under 40. Every year, each of ENR’s regional publications recognizes 20 exceptional young professionals in the construction field by honoring them in the Top 20 Under 40 rankings.

Scott has more than 15 years of experience in a variety of traffic operations projects. This includes projects for both municipalities and TxDOT. Scott has experience performing traffic signal designs for several municipalities including Fort Worth, Arlington, Burleson, Benbrook, and Cleburne along with the Fort Worth, Dallas, Austin, Lubbock, and San Antonio Districts of TxDOT.
