Mark Kirkland and Justin Muller Named to ICSC’s CenterBuild Class of 2016 Rising Retail Leaders Under 40
Mark Kirkland, LEED AP, and Justin Muller, PE, of Kimley-Horn were named among the International Council of Shopping Center’s (ICSC) Top 20 Under 40 list. This award is given each year to 20 members of the construction, engineering and architectural industries who are innovative leaders in their field and have a strong presence in their communities.
Mark Kirkland has a wide range of land development and civil design experience throughout the country on retail, office/commercial, mixed-use, and residential developments. His proven ability to save time and money has made Mark a trusted advisor to his clients. As a leader at Kimley-Horn, his 15 years of experience and insight have allowed us to expand our local and national presence into new markets. Mark is a dedicated and selfless client server and a mentor to our staff in Houston and across the firm.
Justin Muller is a creative and trusted client advocate for many of Kimley-Horn’s national retail clients. As a Chicago-based leader, he has established himself as the go-to engineer throughout the Midwest for national retail program roll outs and store openings. He also specializes in land development design, working with office/commercial, mixed-use, industrial, and multifamily clients and programs throughout the country. Justin joined Kimley-Horn in 2005 and continues to provide leadership and guidance to many of our engineers.
