Eileen Vélez-Vega Named One of Airport Business Magazine’s 2015 Top 40 Under 40

Eileen Vélez-Vega, P.E., was selected as an Airport Business Magazine Top 40 Under 40 award recipient for 2015. This award is given to the innovative thinkers and top leaders in the aviation industry who are enhancing today’s aviation technology to make the future more efficient.

Eileen is the Assistant Vice President and one of the managing partners of Kimley-Horn’s Puerto Rico office. She contributed to the effort of establishing this subsidiary, which is one of the first Caribbean offices established by Kimley-Horn. In Spring 2014, Eileen relocated to manage the Kimley-Horn Puerto Rico office where she is the Office Practice Leader, overseeing operations in addition to her groundbreaking work in the Aviation industry. Some of her notable projects and clients include consulting for the Puerto Rico Ports Authority and Aerostar Airport Holdings LLC, which manages the San Juan Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport.
