Ashley Lickliter Named to ENR’s 2019 National Top 20 Under 40 List

We are pleased to congratulate Ashley Lickliter, P.E., for being named to Engineer News-Record’s (ENR) 2019 National Top 20 Under 40 List! Ashley was also named among the 2019 ENR MidAtlantic’s Top Young Professionals.

Each year, ENR chooses 20 young engineers to represent the next generation of the construction industry. She was recognized for her outstanding performance and dedication in transportation and engineering design. She has successfully managed projects of all sizes and complexity across the Commonwealth of Virginia and within the City of Richmond, ranging from small traffic signal designs to on-call, multidiscipline engineering contracts. She has also served as project manager for annual service contracts for several public agencies within Virginia and has overseen more than 20 individual projects in the City of Richmond.
