Kimley-Horn Rises to #8 in Top Design Firms

Every year, Engineering News-Record (ENR), one of the architecture, engineering, and construction industry’s most valued news sources, highlights ranked lists of top design firms based on their overall revenue and earnings across sectors. In 2025, Kimley-Horn rose in the rankings to #8 of 500 design firms—up from #10 in 2024. Notably, we also appeared in the top 20 design firms within the power sector and were ranked in the battery storage market for the first time ever. Kimley-Horn also advanced our rankings in the following sectors: airports, mass transit/rail, healthcare, water supply, sewer and waste, wastewater treatment, power, and fossil fuel.
