Mr. Schmid’s depth of experience in structural engineering allows him to provide a broad spectrum of forensic engineering services. His experience in design, construction phase engineering, and property assessment allows him to get to the origin and cause of problems. He has been involved in all aspects of a project from project management to conceptual planning, design, development of technical specifications, permitting, construction, and failure analysis of all aspects of building systems.
