Kimley-Horn Expands Treasure Coast Presence with New Office in Stuart, FL
RALEIGH, N.C. (Sept. 14, 2026) – Kimley-Horn expanded its presence on the Treasure Coast by opening a new office in Stuart, FL, building on its longstanding work in Martin County and across the region.
Centrally located in Stuart, FL, the new office brings together more than 20 professionals specializing in planning, civil and traffic engineering, water and wastewater engineering, and landscape architecture. The strategic location enables Kimley-Horn to better serve its local clients and contribute to the region’s continued investment in infrastructure.

The opening also marks a return to Stuart for Jordan Haggerty, Vice President and Office Practice Leader, who graduated from South Fork High School and moved away from Stuart to pursue higher education and begin a career in civil engineering.

The Stuart team also includes Michael Houston, Todd Troxell, Erika Beitler, and Patti Tobin from HJA Design Studio, who recently joined Kimley-Horn.
