This year’s ITS America Annual Meeting in Charlotte, NC focused heavily on innovation in intelligent transportation. Jeff Dale, P.E., PMP
Jeff has more than 24 years of experience in ITS with a focus on planning and operations. He is one of Kimley-Horn’s lead subject matter experts in emerging technologies. Jeff partners with agencies to develop and implement plans that leverage future technologies to better support their operational strategies. This includes national research on TMC staffing, business processes to support TMC operations, and integrating ITS into local transportation planning efforts. He provides a breadth of geographic experience from his work with public agencies in over a dozen different states and more than 8 years supporting technology implementation with the Republic of South Africa.
