Kimley-Horn Expands Electrical Engineering Capabilities with Addition of Belka
Columbia-based electrical engineering team expands resources and capabilities for clients across the Carolinas region
RALEIGH, N.C. (July 01, 2026) – Kimley-Horn expanded its electrical engineering capabilities in South Carolina with the addition of Belka Engineering Associates, a Columbia-based firm known for serving clients across the state.
Belka’s team will continue serving clients as they do today, now backed by the broader resources and technical depth of Kimley-Horn. Together, the combined team broadens the services available to clients locally, with added capabilities across civil and structural engineering, transportation, utility design, and environmental services.
