Sycuan Central WWTP, a 330k GPD Non-Potable Reuse plant in construction in El Cajon, CA. This presentation will cover how the Sycuan Tribal Government is using flat-plate Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) technology to turn challenging casino wastewater into a resource for golf course irrigation and development. This presentation details lessons learned from MBR design, operator collaboration, overcoming procurement hurdles, and takeaways for applying membranes in unique tribal settings.
