Kimley-Horn civil engineer and project manager Sarah Scott has been named as one of the Engineering News-Record (ENR) Texas & Louisiana Top Young Professionals for 2023!
The ENR Top Young Professionals designation is awarded each year to emerging leaders under 40 who are committed to community development, industry advancement, and professional growth within their fields. Within the Dallas area, Sarah Scott has become a distinctive leader to watch as she cultivates an exponentially growing and productive development services team. Sarah’s team completed projects for more than 40 clients in 2022 alone, and she is currently leading multifamily development endeavors throughout Texas. Leveraging her leadership skills to collaborate with and benefit those outside her team, Sarah has also served as an Office Production Coordinator and Co-Office Practice Leader at Kimley-Horn. She is known for cultivating a client network while also supporting team members in their growth and integration at the firm.
Outside of her development services work at Kimley-Horn, Sarah is an active member of The Real Estate Council (TREC) and has further honed her leadership and networking skills through her TREC committee participation. She is a graduate of TREC’s Associate Leadership Council, a competitive professional development program that helps grow future commercial real estate leaders. Sarah also invests in her local Dallas community, utilizing her civil engineering skills to help nonprofits.
