Kimley-Horn Recognized Among Fortune’s Best Workplaces for Women™ 2025
Kimley-Horn is thrilled to celebrate our ninth year being recognized by Fortune and Great Place to Work® as a Best Workplace for Women!
To determine the 2025 list, Fortune and Great Place to Work® analyzed nearly 149,000 employee survey responses to assess employee experiences and identify what makes a workplace exceptional—including trust in leadership, fairness, respect, and pride.
Consistent with our Core Purpose of providing an environment for our people to flourish, we cultivate a culture in which employees experience a genuine sense of belonging and are given the tools they need for continuous growth.

“Joining Kimley-Horn out of college, I was equipped with valuable resources and supported by strong mentors who helped me develop my technical skills, build client relationships, and foster the growth of a team around me. Over the last several years, as I became a mom and went out on two maternity leaves, my team rallied around me to celebrate my growing family, while also transitioning and maintaining my growing practice while I was out on leave. With the support of my team, I currently work a reduced schedule that allows me the flexibility needed to balance client needs with the demanding schedule of being a mom to a toddler and baby.”
