Kimley-Horn Named One Of Great Place to Work’s 2020 Best Workplaces for Parents

Kimley-Horn is proud to be recognized again as one of the Best Workplaces for Parents by Great Place to Work! The list was developed based on anonymous survey feedback representing more than 4.8 million U.S. employees.

To determine the list of Best Workplaces for Parents, the Great Place to Work organization analyzed how working parents experience trust and reaching their full human potential—no matter who they are or what they do. The analysis focused on parents’ feedback for their workplace experience compared to their non-parent colleagues, and took into account each company’s parental leave, adoption, flexible schedule, child care, and dependent health care benefits.
