Andres Navarro, P.E., DFE, ACTAR, CXLT

Civil Engineer

Mr. Navarro is a licensed Professional Engineer and Board-Certified Forensic Engineer who practices in the field of Accident Reconstruction. He has a decade of experience of investigating and reconstructing various accidents and incidents, including automobile accidents, construction accidents, slip/trip and fall incidents, product defects, workplace accidents, and a variety of premises liability incidents.

Mr. Navarro is a Fully Accredited Traffic Accident Reconstructionist and has reconstructed hundreds of motor vehicle accidents involving passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, buses, recreational vehicles, motorcycles, industrial vehicles, forklifts, bicyclists, and pedestrians. He has advanced training in human factors related to vehicle drivers, work zone traffic control, imaging “black box” data from vehicle Event Data Recorders, and collection/preservation of evidence and holds a motorcycle endorsement and forklift operator certification. He has previous experience in Roadway Design and obtained Professional Licensure as a Civil Engineer by passing the Transportation Professional Engineering Exam.

Mr. Navarro has performed numerous investigations into premises liability accidents, including slips/trips and falls and various fatal accidents. He has certification in the field of Tribometry (the science of surface friction measurement) as it relates to Walkway Safety. From professional experience in conducting property condition assessments, he has knowledge of building codes, safety codes, and industry standards that relate to the construction and maintenance of various properties and structures.

Mr. Navarro is a graduate of the University of Florida where he graduated with highest honors, Summa Cum Laude, with a degree in Civil Engineering (Structures focus). Mr. Navarro has offered Expert Witness Testimony by way of both deposition and trial.
