NRH₂O Family Water Park
Kimley-Horn provided a full range of services for the new themed, multi-level interactive complex (MLIC) at the NRH₂O water park.
The new MLIC includes associated pools, pump, filtration area, concrete walkway paving, shade structures, landscape, irrigation, and parking lot. Kimley-Horn served as lead design consultant and managed the design team, which included selecting vendors, coordinating the topographic survey and geotechnical investigation, and helping define scope, design budgets, and designer responsibilities. The team helped develop different concepts during the project’s programming and conceptual planning phase. Kimley-Horn then provided schematic design, design development, statement of probable cost, construction documents, assistance to the City during the bidding phase, and construction-phase services.
