Matt Lucas Named to ICSC’s CenterBuild Leaders Under 40

Matt Lucas, P.E., is part of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) CenterBuild Leaders Under 40 Class of 2022! Nominated by a developer client, Matt is recognized as a leader who works effectively with developers, retail end users, and municipalities to bring products to the market in a reliable, efficient manner. The nomination identifies Matt as a person of strong character, ethics, and integrity who earns the trust of all project stakeholders.
