As part of the Renaissance Park area in Spartanburg, SC, the Saint John Street Garage serves the newly constructed University of South Carolina Upstate business school, as well as student housing and local mixed-use retail. This four-level precast garage is architecturally compatible with the downtown Renaissance Park area. The use of latest generation LED lights is anticipated to reduce lifetime utility costs and maintenance. Kimley-Horn served as the prime consultant for functional layout design, structural design, civil design, landscape design, and construction phase services. The project opened on time and under budget.
