As the newest mega resort in the Las Vegas area, M Resort Spa Casino is an opulent, $1 billion development, with an 11-story, 390-room tower, 35 suites, 90,000 square-feet of casino area, a 40,000-square-foot conference room, a 20,000-sqare-foot health spa and salon, eight restaurants, four bars, one entertainment venue, retail outlets, a 100,000-square-foot pool area, and other five-star amenities. Kimley-Horn provided a full range of resort/gaming development services for this large resort project including advance planning, transportation coordination, mass transit and pedestrian amenities, on-site civil design, off-site roadway improvements, utility planning and coordination, structural elements, drainage study and design, traffic studies and design, and design of the out-parcels.
