As the lead of a multi-disciplinary team, Kimley-Horn has provided a variety of services for HART as they continue to expand and retrofit their existing transit facilities throughout Hillsborough County. Kimley-Horn has provided an assessment of existing stormwater facilities at the busiest downtown Tampa Transit Center and proposed rehabilitation of existing stormwater facilities, including ADA modifications in the surrounding right of way; provided expert witness testimony to HART as an independent reviewer of a bus garage expansion; provided bus shelter pad design and permitting for facilities in the City of Tampa, Hillsborough County and FDOT right of way; conducted construction observation on behalf of HART for the new extension of the Historic Ybor Street Car; and assisted with entitlements and design services.
