Baylor All Saints Hospital
Kimley-Horn provided civil engineering services for the medical office building and Women’s Hospital expansion project at the Baylor All Saints facility.
This project involved a 150,000-square-foot medical office building (five-story), a 200,000-square-foot hospital expansion (four-story), and an eight-story parking garage. Our team’s services included site planning, final civil engineering, and off-site capacity studies for sanitary sewer, water, and storm drainage. Through the sanitary sewer study, Kimley-Horn was able to determine that no off-site sanitary sewer improvements were required for the proposed development.
