Located in Atlantic Station, a vibrant, 138-acre mixed-use development, this 29-story office building is one of the newest additions to the Midtown Atlanta skyline. Completed in 2009, the tower is integrated in the 7,300-space Atlantic Station parking deck and provides additional parking for the office tenants both below and above street level. Kimley-Horn provided site civil engineering services and designed utility service connections suspended within the parking deck structure and stormwater detention within the tower footprint. This 535,000 sf Class-A office building achieved LEED-CS Gold certification, contributing to the sustainable vision of Atlantic Station.
