Up front, there are two important things you should know about a career at Kimley-Horn. First, Kimley-Horn is a fantastic place to work and we provide the environment for our people to flourish. We've even been rated as one of the best places to work by several publications. Second, Kimley-Horn isn't for everyone. That's why we encourage you to learn more about our firm, people, clients, culture, and ways of doing business.
As you evaluate whether Kimley-Horn would be a good match for you, consider the following:- Technical background: You can probably tell from reviewing the Services section of this web site that the most common technical background of our employees is civil engineering. We also have many people with environmental, landscape architecture, and land planning backgrounds. As with any company, we also need information services and administrative professionals, but we typically have specific advertisements for these positions.
- High expectations: Our clients have high expectations for us. We have high expectations for ourselves. We like it that way. We are an extra effort firm. The consulting business provides us with many challenges to provide excellent client service. To effectively serve our clients and meet our financial goals, extra effort is required. Our goals are based on 115% effort by our professional staff. This level of effort allows us to meet our client needs without compromising important personal priorities.
- We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, religion, national origin, age, disability, or any other reason prohibited under Federal, State, or local laws. EEO AA/M/F/V/H
