Stakeholders and Meetings

The project has been working closely with an Advisory Committee (consisting of regional and local agencies, state departments and various user groups to provide direction from a policy perspective) and with several System Working Groups (representing various ITS service areas for technical oversight). Feedback on the emerging ITS architecture and system plan, (through assessment of key work products and involvement in major decisions and overall project direction) provides the basis for the final Architecture and System Plan.

Statewide its architecture and system plan "roll out"

The final California ITS Architecture was rolled out at a half-day conference on the morning of November 18, 2004 in Sacramento.
